a Big thank you for your professional approach when drawing up plans for our home in Zandspruit. It is not often, in this day and age that people are as dedicated and pay such attention to detail as you have with regard to our development. The whole process from beginning to end ran smoothly and the added bonus was your patience and professional attention at all times.

My wife (Louisa Lascaris) and I recently bought a plot in Ntsiri Private Game Reserve where we are looking to build our dream bush home. We chatted to various Architects and design house and settled on Enomis Designs as we really liked Simone and her design portfolio. Our experience in dealing with Simone has been very smooth and easy, we have asked for many changes to be made against the original designs due to rules and regulation linked to a share block, nothing ever seems to be too much for Simone and your requested changes are dealt with effectively / swiftly. As a couple we would highly recommend Simone both as a person and off the back of the quality of her work. Simone took all the information we gave her upfront and produced exactly what we wanted from a design point of view.

During the last few months I have had the pleasure of working with Simone Braun of Enomis Designs on the design and layout of a new private camp in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve. Simone’s task was to electronically map the layout of the entire 5 Ha site which included a full survey as well as the exact position and identification of each and every tree on the site. The position and 3 dimensional views of all buildings were also placed on the map. Simone approaches her work in a most professional and ethical manner and ensures that she exceeds all deadlines set by the project team. The final product delivered by Simone far exceeded what she was originally tasked with and although she spent more time on the project than she had originally estimated, she never reneged on her original quote.

When we first decided to buy a property in Hoedspruit, we were reluctant to build as we live in the other hemisphere and wouldn’t be around to oversee the work. After some time, we realized we would struggle to find the right house. We started looking deeper at the building option and found Savanha Construction on the web. Richard Braun replied very quickly to my online enquiry and I immediately got a very good impression. Several real estate agents confirmed it was indeed a reputable company. His wife Simone (Enomis Designs cc) helped designed a lovely house. Both turned out to be not only competent professionals but also wonderful people. They helped us find solutions to build a lovely house within our relatively limited budget. The house was finished on time and looks wonderful. We wish to express our thanks to all the team for their contribution to making our dream come true.

We really wish to thank you for working with us and doing the detailed architectural plans for stand RV 109 Raptor's View, Hoedspruit. It was a pleasure to have worked with you and we appreciated all your input and guidance and most important your efficiency and tenacity in seeing it to the end with regards to all the logistics involved in handing the plans in for approval to Raptor's as well as dealing with Maruleng Municipality and ensuring plans were stamped and approved. Enomis really grasped what we were looking for down to the minutest details. They was most professional and extremely efficient in producing our plans and also gives you advise on the local by laws. From engineers, fire plans plus tree specialists they organised the lot as we were not living in the town. Enomis also did the change over from residential to commercial rights within two months which we were seriously impressed with, having come from Cape Town where everything takes years. We will be using them again for the next project which should be in the not too distant future. Thank you Simone for your beautiful design you have done for us and sticking to the local rules and regulations which we didn’t have a clue about.

We enjoyed working with Enomis Designs - even when we were nine time-zones away. Simone’s design drawings were well-organized, thorough, and easy for us to follow and work with. As our future home design started to evolve, Simone’s clear and concise communication allowed us to easily work through ideas, process, and changes. We are excited and looking forward to building a classic bushveld home that is also designed for how we live day-to-day.

We have a house on Raptors View and needed to make an extension, we living abroad so we are not familiar with all the regulations in SA (regarding the entire process). We came in contact with Simone to get our ideas on paper and we are very happy how this worked out. She is very proactive and helped us through the whole process, from drawings, Estate & Municipality approval, everything went very well. There was an old issue at the existing house and with Simone's help and knowledge, we resolved this major issue and were able to continue with our new project, the extension of our house. We got all the paper work done and it was a breeze.
